Monthly plans are bought and billed by Discord, with the payment method you use for Nitro, in your currency and with any tax. Yearly plans are paid here on the dashboard through Stripe once they open.

A year costs $49.99 for Plus and $99.99 for Pro: 2 months free compared with paying monthly. Monthly is easier to stop. Both unlock exactly the same features.

A monthly plan: in Discord, under User Settings, Subscriptions (Discord's steps). A yearly plan: on Cancel contracts, no sign-in needed. Either way the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Monthly plans follow Discord's refund policy. For yearly plans you can withdraw within 14 days, and you get back the part you did not use; the details are in the Terms.

Nothing is deleted. Your settings, backups and saved themes stay. The paid parts stop working until Premium is back, and the free plan carries on as before.

Yes, between Plus, Pro and Ultra. Upgrading in Discord charges only the difference in price. Downgrading costs nothing extra; the lower price applies from the next renewal.

Big and busy servers that hit Pro's AI limits, want 90 days of Time Machine and a month of daily backups, or want new features first. Most servers are well served by Plus or Pro.

Probably not to start. The free plan runs tickets, moderation, welcome messages, logging, roles, verification and much more with no limit. Premium is for servers that want backups, a custom bot or bigger AI limits.

Every new server that adds ZeroBot gets Pro for its first 30 days, once. Votes and referrals add more Premium time for free.
