We are neither willing nor obligated to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Our email address is given above under Contact.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law, pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obligated to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to look for circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Messages, panels, names and images that a server's staff set up through ZeroBot are that server's content, not ours. Obligations to remove or block information under general law remain unaffected. Liability for it is only possible from the moment we learn of a specific infringement. When we do, we remove the content without delay.

These pages link to other websites, including Discord and Stripe, whose content we do not control and cannot accept liability for. The provider or operator of each linked page is always responsible for its content. The linked pages were checked for legal violations when the link was made, and none were apparent then.

Checking linked pages on an ongoing basis is not reasonable without concrete signs of an infringement. When we learn of one, we remove the link without delay.

The content and works created by the operator on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Copying, editing, distributing or any other use beyond the limits of copyright law needs the written consent of the author.
